WHAT WE DO
Our focus is on providing Energy Performance;
Certificate (EPC) and Home Information Pack (HIP) quickly and efficiently as possible,
with a professional and friendly approach to
Vendors, Landlords, Clients and Tenants.

DEALondon
The Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) tests the energy efficiency of homes by checking:
-heating and hot water system
-insulation
-glazing
-the age and type of the property
-measurements and dimensions of floors in the dwelling
-gas and electricity supply……etc.

The collected information then entered into a software programme, which will produce the energy rating. The EPC will give practical advice on how to reduce energy bills and what action can be taken to reduce carbon emission.

All our members are professionally qualified Energy Assessors, meet strict criteria and have passed basic criminal bureau check.
We are members of the Building Research Establishment Ltd (BRE).
